1. Acceptance, Eligibility, and Cannabis Compliance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of dankems.com and any related pages or services (the "Site"), operated by Dankems ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age to purchase or possess cannabis products in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Cannabis laws. Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law, and its legality varies by state and locality. The Site is intended only for use where cannabis is lawful. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, cannabis in any place where doing so is unlawful.

2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site if you are under the minimum legal age, or let a minor use it through your device

• Break any law or regulation, including cannabis, advertising, and consumer protection laws

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or other users' information

• Introduce viruses, scrape or harvest data with automated tools, or otherwise disrupt the Site

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age or identity

• Use the Site to resell, transport, or distribute cannabis in violation of the law

Submissions. If you send us feedback, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it to operate and improve the Site. Do not send content that is unlawful, infringing, or that contains sensitive health information.
3. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by Dankems or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for personal use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as licensed dispensaries or social media pages. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. You use them at your own risk.

4. Disclaimers
No medical or legal advice. Information on the Site is for general information only. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before using cannabis products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, take medication, or have a health condition. Statements about products have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Health and safety. Cannabis can impair judgment and coordination. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep all products away from children and pets.

"As is" service. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Termination
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dankems and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Dankems and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination. We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

6. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
